Shipping policy
As most items are handmade to order or made in small batches, please allow 5-7 business days for order fulfillment and 1-2 weeks for completed shipping.
For custom orders please allow up to 7-14 business days for fulfillment. If you need an order expedited, please contact us at info@emlaoesthingys.com and We will try my best to accommodate your time request.
Please note: Once your item has been handed over to the USPS for shipping, it is out of our hands. We cannot guarantee a delivery date. Your order will be updated with tracking information once shipped.
In the event that you have a claim related to a missing package, please note that refunds will not be issued. You must report the missing package to the shipping courier & ask them to provide an incident or ticket number so they can do investigation. If the tracking number shows a package as delivered, and package is missing, please report the stolen package to your local authorities. After the investigation, we may send a replacement of the missing package or item, not a refund”. Replacement is at the discretion of Emaloe's Thingys and is not guaranteed.
